Turlock Project is a proposed 168-unit multi-family garden property located at 3200 Atherstone Road in Turlock, Stanislaus County, California.

The property will consist of 7 three-story apartment buildings and a leasing office/clubhouse building. The 7.15-acre subject parcel represents a vacant site with curbs, gutters, sidewalks in-place; the property is fully entitled to 175 apartment units (the developer intends to construct 168-units).

Permits have been pulled for site grading, which is anticipated to begin in November 2020. The developer intends to build the improvements in two phases: Phase I will consist of 96 units and is slated to be completed within 12 months. Construction of Phase II, which will consist of 72 units, will begin eight months after Phase I.
